Available in two grades: Virgin Coconut Oil (cold-pressed from fresh meat, retains coconut flavor, smoke point 350°F/177°C) and Refined Coconut Oil (processed from dried copra, neutral flavor, higher smoke point 400-450°F/204-232°C).
