DRIED PRAWNS
Premium Dried Prawns are carefully selected, fresh-water and marine prawns that have been cleaned, deveined, and traditionally sun-dried or air-oven dried to preserve their sweet, delicate flavor and firm texture. These golden-orange crustaceans feature a concentrated umami taste that enhances soups, stews, stir-fries, and rice dishes. When rehydrated, they provide a tender, meaty texture similar to fresh prawns but with a more intense flavor profile. Perfect for Nigerian seafood soups, fried rice, coconut rice, and as a protein-rich garnish for vegetable dishes. Available in various sizes from small to large grades.
