WHITE MAIZE FLOUR
Our White Maize Flour is a finely milled powder produced from premium quality white maize (Zea mays). It features a smooth, creamy-white color with a mild, slightly sweet, and earthy flavor. In Nigeria, it is a staple ingredient used to prepare traditional dishes such as Tuwo, Agidi (Eko), Pap (Ogi/Akamu), and various baked or fried snacks. The flour is naturally gluten-free and serves as a versatile base for both household cooking and commercial food processing.

Storage Instructions
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and moisture.
Keep the package tightly sealed after opening to prevent absorption of humidity and infestation.
Recommended Shelf Life: 6–12 months when stored under optimal conditions. Milled maize products are sensitive to fat rancidity and microbiological contamination; whole grain flour has a shorter shelf life than degermed flour.
Pest Control: Ensure storage areas are free from insects and rodents. Fumigation of bulk stocks is recommended every 3 months.
Packaging Material: Must be food-grade, moisture-resistant, and non-leaching. Common options include laminated polypropylene (PP) sacks, polyethylene (PE) lined bags, or multi-layer paper bags with plastic liners.
