Our Cinnamon is derived from the inner bark of Cinnamomum trees, available as Ceylon ("True Cinnamon"). Ceylon cinnamon features delicate, tan-brown quills with a mildly sweet, refined flavor. Essential for Nigerian rice dishes, baked goods, and traditional beverages.
